Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, please send an email, quoting your order number, to If your order has not already been dispatched, we will be able to cancel it and issue a full refund including the shipping costs. Otherwise, if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to follow the return instructions which you can find below.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order from Anokha Collection, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or a full exchange. This will exclude the original shipping charges which unfortunately cannot be refunded.
For all returns and exchanges, please send an email to, specifying the order number and stating the reason for the return.
We ask you to notify us of the return within seven days of receipt of delivery and to return the order within fourteen days from the date you received it.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition, you received it. To complete your return, we ask you to send us a receipt or proof of purchase. We also recommend you obtain proof of postage of your return as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Any items returned without a receipt or proof of postage will not be refunded. Please also note that refunds will not be issued on items where the request to return is made after seven days of receipt of delivery. 
Once your return is received, please allow seven days for your refund to be processed. 
 Should you wish to exchange your item, please indicate the item you would like to exchange it for. If the alternative item is available; we will deliver it to you as soon as we have received the returned item in its original conditions. Postage costs for the delivery of an alternative item will have to be covered by the customer.
